A "Joint or Joints" - a special bond which is a balanced combination of two things/ persons/ times and thereby facilitates the flow of life.
Joints are the act of dividing an immovable object into two parts and making them move by putting a strong bond between them, giving a smooth and special pace to life. Example: A whole cloth is cut into many parts, and the construction of joints is to arrange a special connection between the pieces with thread, so that the cloth that was not used for work can be made as a bag, shirt, pants, etc.; "'Sandhibandha' or Sandhis are what make our lives work together".
There are many types of joints in humans such as bone joints, muscle joints, and muscle (ligament) joints.
Among them, joint bone joints are mainly seen-
"A bony joint is formed by two or more bones that are not relatable to each other, muscles that need to be firmly attached, and a fatty substance that facilitates movement."
If we know this fact and follow it, we can protect ourselves from all kinds of joint diseases for life. Muscles or ligaments are the lifeblood of joints. Giving more importance to the muscles & ligaments than we give to the bones is the very first step in preserving the joints. Because bones are compact and immobile, it is natural for them to bear the force, while muscles remain fixed in place even with motion, transferring the entire weight from one bone to another. The muscles & ligaments that transfer weight along with movement are the main cause of joint health and illness. The joint pain of the first several years does not come from the bones, but rather from the weakness of the muscles and ligaments, because of the difficulty in their movement; They cause pain in our movement. Strengthening the muscles & ligaments at this stage will keep our joints strong forever.
Treatment should be viewed in two ways: preventing joint damage and repairing the joint.
